Warranty support
Warranty support of Tariscope or its individual components is carried out within one year from the date of the license delivery.
The warranty support includes:
- an error correction during five days from the moment of receiving full information about the error from end user;
- free upgrade to new Tariscope versions;
- high-priority technical support.
Extended support of Tariscope
There are two extended support packages:
- 1 year additional support for Tariscope 4.x (+20% of base license cost);
- 2 years addtional supportfor Tariscope 4.x (+30% of base license cost).
- 1 year additional support for Tariscope 3.x (+40% of base license cost);
- 2 years addtional supportfor Tariscope 3.x (+70% of base license cost).
The extended support includes the same items as the warranty support.
